Chapter two was a surprisingly satisfying follow up to the action of chapter one, given it's lack of smut!

This follow-up adds even more depth to the fun of the opening chapter, seeing how both Emily and Greg were changed as a result of her getting him to embrace that "beast" inside him. Seeing the lead-up to the "study session" Emily's perspective added a lot of context to his awkwardness at the beginning of the story, and it only makes sense that she was patient and eager to help him figure things out for his first time rather than simply being turned off the whole thing.

I mean, she waited a month and a half for him to work up the gall to ask him out! Patience is something she clearly has plenty of. And realizing that patience paid off in such a spectacular way in chapter one is only made all the more gratifying in retrospect.

But man, seeing Emily's bliss in that next-day afterglow made me smile. It also built up to that moment when she realized that she was really into him at the end quite well! I love that she noted that the night before hadn't been a pity fuck, as it could have easily been that in retrospect: just a warm-hearted girl giving a virgin his first time. That wouldn't have been the end of the world, granted, but her falling for him gives the evening they shared so much more meaning, and given all the potential she saw in Greg, as noted in both chapters, there was definitely something real there for her. I'm so glad you decided to expound on that!

Likewise, I'm so happy that Greg was so quick to seek her out and be a gentleman about things. It would have been easy for him to slip into him just being a friend or the two of them just going about their lives like what they shared wasn't that big a deal. That comment in chapter one about him thinking things would be easier with Emily because of her size could have meant that he didn't have deeper feelings for her and that he was just trying to get that first experience with someone he thought was kind of cool. But no, he clearly feels something for her, which is awesome!

I also love that he was apparently trying to be cool about stopping Emily by stepping in her path and offering to carry her to class but accidentally knocked her over instead. The nerd still lives! That being said, between the way he's now dressing, how confidently he scooped her up, and her noticing a difference in the way he walks with her in his hand, it's nice to see his newfound confidence manifest in his daily life!

Again, this was such a sweet follow-up chapter! I see you've marked the story as complete again, and yeah, this is probably a good place to leave things between these two. But if you ever feel the motivation to peek in on these two again, I wouldn't certainly complain!

What ! A nerd with muscles ! Preposterous !

I kid, I really liked this chapter, especially the way we get privy to Em's view of Greg himself, and how he always just lacked the confidence to convey his confidence outside of the stuff he likes.

Now we just need to see the big lug give head to Emily !

Okay, that's another great story ! I really like the MC, I can understand how one can be engrossed in something to the point of being confident about it, and yet incredibly worried when outside of their element.

Also, there is a real chemistry between the two characters and I want to see how they'll develop now !
