Heather's Heist Reviews:

Review by Viper07

Please forgive me for taking this long to finally leave my review, I already feel bad enough about it as is.

I REALLY should have read this sooner rather than later, 'cause damn was I missing OUT. As expected of your stories, the events aren't just descriptive, but they're brutal. None more so than chapter 4 (damn fitting title for it XD). Your talent for downright terrifying digestion scenes remains strong as hell here, lol

My one gripe, however, was that I would have loved more Larissa content. Dignified. Beautiful. French dialect! Given to us yet given so little screen time. Would just love some stuff with her as the focus.

Beyond that, however, I just wanna say that this was awesome. I regret not having read this sooner because this was a wonderful trip!

I love it when stories have creative world building and good backstories. Compelling character motivation is another nice bonus. I find stories that spend more focus on those aspects usually better than if it's just smut. Really hope this becomes a long story, or at least half a dozen chapters long!

This was super cool! I love the big cast of smols, and the various scenarios they end up in. The variety is really cool, with a "gentle" interaction, foot stuff, nudity, masturbation, and of course VORE <3

There was never a death that felt cheap or unmemorable. Ged's was probably the least impressive, but that simplicity fit so well thematically and was very cathartic from the way his character was set up. :3

The story may be called "HEATHER's Heist", but for me Adelaide and Mabel stole the show. I love their dynamic, the steampunk magi-tech cybernetics, the backstory on their respective injuries and relationships... instantly connected with them on a deep level. Being a Cali story, I realized pretty quick the most well defined, likeable characters were probably going to get the short end of the stick, and goddamn did they! That whole scene in the stomach was so heart breaking, and so so sexy at the same time. I also really loved the archaic use of "engine" in reference to Mabel's arms as well, it really tied the whole alchemical/fantasy tech world together for me in a prose sense.

Mabel is amazing, and I love her. Big strong extrovert gorl is one of my favorite archetypes, and she was really well done here! Her way of speaking probably also warmed me up to her a little bit as well since I have kind of a similar accent and grew up around that lol

An aspect I loved about Ada's character is how she is a autodidactic super genius archetype, but not in the irritating power fantasy way most ones in fiction are. She's smart and incredibly competent, but never feels like anything she does is impossible or being pulled out of her ass. I think the element of her having "mastered" the specific field of artifice engineering, and so moving into starting her learning journey from square one with magic as a personal challenge is the element that draws out her humanity as an intelligent person for me. As is her great failure that damaged both her and Mabel's lives irreversibly because of it. And again, the strength of their relationship was enhanced by the accident, which is an element I almost never see in size fic romances. All in all just a fantastic pair of characters and a stunningly strong, yet realistic relationship.

(Don't tell anyone, but their relationship specifically inspired my own little lesbian vore-mance I've been working hard on~ ;3)

Heather's Heist is truly an edifice of lesbian size fiction, and a jewel of the vore tag! Tbh I really, really don't want a sequel because I know my head canon of Heather and her sister surviving Larissa and Anna's visit will be absolutely smashed to pieces in incredibly sexy fashion. Thanks for reaching out with an invite to read, I really enjoyed it! <3

Even if this story was not a piece of size fiction, it would still serve as an excellent piece of fantasy writing. Fortunately, we are blessed not to have to choose between the two, because Heather's Heist delivers in both areas! I've had the privilege of reading this story in its entirety in advance, and so I thought I'd use that insider knowledge to assure any reader who may be on the fence about starting this story or continuing onward, that the tale is well worth investing your time and attention to. The setting feels incredibly lived-in and the characters are written with more than enough nuance to engender attachment and interest. I would love to go into a deeper analysis, but to say more would be a spoiler and a disservice to the finely crafted plot. A rich meal has been set before you, and I implore you to dig in. You will not leave the table unsatisfied.

Chapter 5 Review

Larissa almost speaks correct French ! Neat !

Also, not sure what happened to Ren, or how or when. But well deserved. And I find you made the giantess sorceress even more frightening than Anna, because she feels like a gentle someone that will nonetheless wipe you out.

Truly this story is a masterpiece.

Really honored to have been one of the early readers for this masterpiece! I think you do an excellent job with scale and stakes, and you have the smols actually doing something other than New Objective: Survive, though there is plenty of that too <3

In a very short time you're able to communicate distinct characters and motivations, which is absolutely necessary for an ensemble cast. It's no small feat to characterize and humanize and conclude characters in a cohesive story, let alone in a way that is blazingly hot.

Equal parts love and despair, which is right to the core of my personal tastes but are some of the more challenging things to blend together. I think those who want love stories don't often appreciate seeing them melt away and those who appreciate being melted don't often have the moxy to include a love story.

Excellent work. These are the kinds of stories that instill a kind of sweet sadness and heartache, the kind that stays with the reader for long after they're done. It hurts so good. Well done.
